DYNAPLAM PLUS DOUBLE BRAID (PES/HMPE)
Construction: double braid – cover 16, 20, 24, 32 plait; core 12 plait.
Composition: cover made of high tenacity polyester fibre with opposite twists, core made of braided HMPE with impregnated polyurethane coating and heating treatment.
Features: light, almost inextensible, easy to splice. The polyurethane coating enables to use this type of braid without the cover.
Elongation: from 3% to 4% at break; from 0,4% to 0,5% at 20% of the breaking strength.
Colour: coloured.
Applications: racing sheets and halyards and for superyacht, where high breaking load is required for extreme performance.
